Nexus NextGen

Nexus NextGen builds systems that empower people. We believe that resilience, meaning, and human dignity should be at the core of how we organize care, education, employment and policies. By connecting technology, analysis, and ethics we develop tools and methodologies for sustainable system transformation.

About us

Transformative innovation for people and systems

Nexus NextGen develops tools and methodologies for system change in healthcare, education, employment, and policy. With the PEM System Logic, we connect data, narrative, and ethics to focus on resilience and human dignity. In collaboration with CoVince and international partners, we implement projects like PEM Generation Kenya and are building an academic ecosystem for transformative thinking and action.

Cases

CASE

(Chance) Poverty Alleviation

With precision analysis, we identify the causes of (chance) poverty. We support people and projects with concrete, ready-made solutions. We work both preventively and curatively, always aimed at sustainable improvement of perspective and livelihood security.
CASE

Early School Leavers

School dropouts are often a sign of system pressure and missed connection. Within PEM System Logic, we see this as an opportunity to understand vulnerability and context. Together with schools and parents, we identify issues early on and provide tailor-made solutions for restoring motivation, structure, and perspective.

Our partner in Africa

Our partner in Africa

In Africa, starting specifically in Kenya, Nexus NextGen works exclusively with Elevate SMEs. As our trusted local partner and 'boots on the ground', Elevate is responsible for the implementation, local coordination, and community engagement within the PEM Generation program. Thanks to their deep-rooted network in education, entrepreneurship, and social development, we are building sustainable systemic change together from the strength of the youth themselves.

Academic collaboration: Establishment of a new faculty

In collaboration with OIUCMED and Azteca University (with branches in 88 countries, including the Netherlands and Kenya) ) we are working on the establishment of the international faculty:

Humanistic-Systemic Transformation Studies.

This faculty is rooted in the ideology of the book Foundations of PEM System Logics (Torre A., 2025) and focuses on interdisciplinary research, education, and training at the intersection of systems thinking, human development, ethics, and societal transformation. The PEM System Logic and the PEM-VRR Precision Analysis methodology form a central theoretical and practical pillar within the curriculum.

The faculty builds on insights from humanistics, sociology, psychology, healthcare, technology, and spirituality with the goal of training new generations of students, professionals, and researchers to be critical thinkers and transformative actors. People who are capable of guiding system change in healthcare, education, policy, entrepreneurship, and community development, globally.

From this new faculty, we are building structural collaboration with Dutch universities and colleges that centralize social innovation, practice-oriented research, and educational innovation. Together we create an academic ecosystem where system logic, human dignity, and societal transformation converge.
