StartValue was founded in 2016. An agency specialized in human and organizational development. We focus on preventing absenteeism by concentrating on human development and pay attention to, for example, complaints of stress, insecurity and feelings of anxiety. We also focus on career trajectories: what drives you, where is your passion, and how does this translate into a suitable career aspiration. If there is prolonged absenteeism, we will, if necessary, look for a suitable position within or outside the organization.
