Prof. Dr. Sir Anthonie Torre is an internationally recognized expert in humanistic systemic transformation, AI-driven innovation and mental health strategies. As the author of PEM System Logics, he introduced a new theory on universal suffering that is applied across education, healthcare and organizational development worldwide.He has held senior academic leadership roles, including Vice Chancellor and Head of Faculty in Transformation Technology, and serves as an independent researcher focusing on student well-being and academic performance, as well as the Hidden Pandemic affecting youth globally, with particular attention to the growing threat to existential security among young people in Africa. Prof. Torre has advised the governments of Sri Lanka, Kenya and the Netherlands on technology, education, youth development and mental health. His innovations, including PEM-VRR analysis of Vulnerability, Resilience and risk factors and the GapFinder employability methodology, are used internationally for precision analysis and large-scale transformation in complex societal systems.
