Everybody in the room, three hours, sticky notes everywhere, and it was genuinely good. Then somebody photographs the wall, and that photograph is the entire legacy of the session. Two weeks later nobody can read it and nothing happened.

Without it

What the week looks like now

  1. 01

The workshop produced a beautiful board that nobody ever opened again.

  2. 02

Turning stickies into tasks is a manual afternoon.

  3. 03

The whiteboard tool has no idea who the people on it are.

With it

What changes

  1. 01

An infinite canvas for brainstorms, maps and meeting boards, with your members already on it.

  2. 02

What you agree becomes actions with owners and dates, in one step.

  3. 03

Boards are part of the journey, so the thinking and the doing stay together.

In practice

How it works

  1. 1

Open a board; everyone works on it at the same time.

  2. 2

Group, connect, decide — a CrewMate clusters the board and writes up what was decided.

  3. 3

Convert the outcome into actions that appear in people's week.

This is one of 17 tools in CoVince. It is not a separate product — it sits on the same members, the same journeys and the same data as everything else, which is the entire point.

And it follows things up on its own. A survey nobody filled in, an appointment tomorrow, a decision still waiting for an answer, a growth path about to expire — the reminder goes out without anybody remembering to send it. That is usually somebody’s Friday afternoon.

Straight answers

Whiteboard / canvas: the questions people ask

What can I put on the canvas?

Boards, maps, workshop walls, documents and screens — an infinite canvas rather than a fixed-size slide.

What happens to the outcome of a session?

The board records into actions: what was decided becomes tasks on the journey it belongs to, so the day after is not a photograph of a whiteboard.

Is it an alternative to Miro or FigJam?

For boards, brainstorms, maps and workshops, yes. A FigJam collab seat is about €4 per user per month, Miro Starter around €7,40; here the canvas is one of seventeen tools for €19.

Can we use it live with a group?

Yes — including in an immersive room, where the same board runs at wall scale and a whole team can be inside it instead of around a laptop.

Everything above, plus 16 more, for €19 per user.

The same stack bought separately costs €222 per user per month.
