Record a lesson properly, without a production day

Studio recording for lessons in CoVince — replaces Riverside, Descript, Loom, Camtasia.

Riverside Standard on its own costs €19 per user. Here it is inside €19 for the whole platform.

The knowledge is in someone's head and everyone keeps asking them the same question. Recording it "properly" means booking a day, a camera, an editor and a room — so it never gets recorded, and the question keeps getting asked.

Without it

What the week looks like now

  1. 01

Recording a lesson means booking a room, a camera and someone who can edit.

  2. 02

The result is a file that has to be uploaded, named, and linked in three places.

  3. 03

Nobody re-records the bit that was wrong, because it means doing the whole thing again.

With it

What changes

  1. 01

Camera, voice and an interactive presentation recorded together, straight onto the journey section it teaches.

  2. 02

Speech becomes text, so the lesson is searchable and can carry subtitles.

  3. 03

Re-record one part; the rest stays.

In practice

How it works

  1. 1

Start a recording from the section you are teaching.

  2. 2

The transcript is generated and attached automatically.

  3. 3

Publish to the journey — members see it in their own flow.

This is one of 17 tools in CoVince. It is not a separate product — it sits on the same members, the same journeys and the same data as everything else, which is the entire point.

And it follows things up on its own. A survey nobody filled in, an appointment tomorrow, a decision still waiting for an answer, a growth path about to expire — the reminder goes out without anybody remembering to send it. That is usually somebody’s Friday afternoon.

Straight answers

Studio recording for lessons: the questions people ask

What does it record?

Camera, voice and an interactive presentation — the board you built, walked through live — in a quality you can put in front of people, straight onto the journey the lesson belongs to.

Do I need editing skills?

No. The point of the tool is that the distance between "I could explain this in ten minutes" and "it is recorded and published" is ten minutes.

Is it an alternative to Riverside, Descript or Loom?

For recording lessons and explanations, yes. Riverside Standard is about €19 per user per month by itself — the same price as the entire CoVince licence.

Where does the recording end up?

On the journey, next to the module it explains, where the learner already is — not in a video library nobody browses.

Everything above, plus 16 more, for €19 per user.

The same stack bought separately costs €222 per user per month.
